We are looking for an Accounting Executive in supporting various accounting and office administrative functions. You will work closely with the accounting team, assisting with tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, and financial reporting.

In this role, you will:
- Handle full set of account and perform daily accounting function
- Prepare month-end & year-end closing, bank and account reconciliation
- Coordinate with departments for the accounting related matters and daily account transactions
- Prepare regular accounting and analysis reports
- Coordinate year-end audit and liaise with external auditors
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3-5 years or above working experience in the accounting field
- Experience work in SME/ Startups is preferred
- Ability to work independently, initiatives and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in advanced usage of Microsoft Office.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
